今天是今年第一堂資訊組織課，進入2014年也代表期末考快到了，這學期快結束了。

這節課為考前複習，以下是重點提示。

   1.      ISBD涵蓋的資料類型包含哪些？

根據2010年版的ISBD其適用的資源總共有八個。分別為：cartographic resources（地圖資源）、electronic resources（電子資源）、moving images（移動圖像）、multimedia resources（多媒體資源）、notated music resources（音樂符號資源）、printed texts（印刷文件）、sound recordings（聲音紀錄）、still images（靜止圖像）。以cartographic resources最常見。

    2.      2010年ISBD的目標。

The primary purpose of the ISBD is to provide the stipulations for compatible descriptive cataloguing worldwide in order to aid the international exchange of bibliographic records between national bibliographic agencies and throughout the international library and information community.   在國際間能交換。

By specifying the elements that comprise a bibliographic description and by prescribing the order in which those elements should be presented, and secondarily the punctuation by which they should be separated, the ISBD aims to:    細目的順序、標點符號已達到四個目的。

1.      make records from different sources interchangeable, so that records produced in one country can be easily accepted in library catalogues or other bibliographic lists in any other country; 使不同來源的紀錄可以交換，因此一國使用的紀錄方式可以輕易地被任何一國的圖書館圖書紀錄或其他書目紀錄接受

2.      assist in the interpretation of records across language barriers, so that records produced for users of one language can be interpreted by users of other languages; 協助轉譯工作，使其能夠跨越語言的障礙，因此這國使用者用某一語言做的紀錄能夠被其他語言使用者轉譯成其他語言

3.      assist in the conversion of bibliographic records to electronic form; 協助傳統形式的書目紀錄與電子形式的書目紀錄之間的溝通、連結

4.      enhance interoperability with other content standards. 增進不同系統下目錄水準相同

    3.      MARC “R”和”NR”的意思。

Repeatable可重複  non-repeatable不可重複 這個欄位可重複，不可重複表這個欄位只能有一個

4.      編目著錄項目的次序（1－8）

1. 題名及著者敘述項
2. 版本項
3. 資料(或資源類型)特殊細節項
4. 出版項
5. 稽核項
6. 集叢項
7. 附註項
8. 標準號碼及其他必要記載項

5.      電腦可看的書目紀錄（四種）

磁帶格式 (ISO 2709)：例：00811

驗證單格式：分為四欄：欄位名稱、欄位編號、指標、資料

            例如：

卡片格式 (ISBD) ：

為國際書目標準著錄格式，例如：書後面的出版品預行編目

條列格式(欄位式)：內容仍是以國際標準書目著錄的格式及順序出現

   例如：

6.      2709全名，其前5碼意義又是什麼。

   ISO (the International Organization for Standardization)。

   前5碼代表記錄長度

   7.      Marc 21書目245 Indicator的意義。

First - Title added entry

   1 - Added entry有附加館目

Second - Nonfiling characters不排序字元

   0 - No nonfiling characters

   1-9 - Number of nonfiling characters

    8.      UNIMARC的功能。

協助各國書目機構交換。

答案要有意義。

語言表達也很重要，像：正在做什麼動作。

2010年ISBD和2004年有什麼差異？

考試不考就不念，遊戲不考也在玩。這個禮拜沒時間，那上週有時間嗎？

問自己有無盡力。

最重要的是不能作弊，被抓到大家都知道，沒被抓到同學知道，沒有人不會被抓到。
